Author Kit for Camera-Ready Submission

Authors with the accepted paper MUST submit their papers through the EDAS web site at  http://edas.info/4878 using the paper account created for the original paper submission (i.e., http://edas.info/showPaper.php?m=xxxx&, where xxxx represent your paper ID ). The submission deadline is Nov. 25 th, 2006. The camera-ready version should be prepared according to the following rule. The authors are also required to submit a copyright transfer form. The copyright forms can be filled out electronically by clicking on the appropriate Copyright form link at the EDAS paper account (i.e., http://edas.info/IEEECopyright.php?m=xxxx& , where xxxx represents your paper ID.)

Papers should be written in English. The maximum paper length is 12 printed pages including figures. Use the sample manuscriptas a visual aid for formatting. Do not put page numbers on your document. We will add appropriate page numbers to accepted papers when the conference proceedings are assembled. For invited papers, please add the line "(Invited Paper)" after the title of your paper.

The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation. The registration can be made at http://www.comsware.org/registration.html.

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE. An accepted paper will be presented in an oral presentation session. The technical session schedule will be available at http://www.comsware.org/techprog.html .
