Author Kit for Camera-Ready Submission

Authors with the accepted paper MUST submit their papers through the EDAS web site at   http://edas.info/5573 using the paper account created for the original paper submission ( i.e., http://edas.info/showPaper.php?m=xxxx&, where xxxx represent your paper ID ). The submission deadline is Nov. 25 th, 2007. The camera-ready version should be prepared according to the following rule. The authors are also required to submit a copyright transfer form. The copyright forms can be filled out electronically by clicking on the appropriate Copyright form link at the EDAS paper account ( i.e., http://edas.info/IEEECopyright.php?m=xxxx& , where xxxx represents your paper ID.)

Papers must be written in English. Papers have been accepted as either regular or short papers. Authors must conform to the paper guidelines that correspond with their acceptance status:

Regular papers: Preferred maximum paper length is 8 printed pages including figures. Accepted papers that are longer than 8 pages will be charged with an overlength fee for the 9th and 10th pages. Under no circumstances may any submission exceed 10 pages. 

Short papers: Maximum length is 4 printed pages including figures, with no exceptions. 

Use the sample manuscript as a visual aid for formatting.

The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation. The registration can be made at http://www.comsware.org/registration.html.

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by IEEE. An accepted paper will be presented in an oral presentation session. The technical session schedule will be available at http://www.comsware.org/techprog.html .
